Richard's customer oriented approach has won him accolades from clients and professional studios. He is responsible for a large part of NCLC's audio/video production and technical assistance division and has worked in the field of television production since 1985. Richard's experience includes working with national networks doing live feeds and running Ku-Band satellite uplinks as well as installation of several video systems and a television studio for the College of Continuing Education at the University of Oklahoma. He has also designed, installed, and maintained distance education classrooms at the University and was responsible for compressed video, ISDN, IP, and satellite delivery systems. He has experience with several database software systems and the management of computer network systems. He has been awarded the College of Education's distinguished service award, and he has won three programming awards from the Mid America Cable TV Association.
