National Conference Logistics Center has changed its name to ConferencePROS.

Created in 1996 at The University of Oklahoma, NCLC was designed to meet the conference logistics needs for federal and state programs.  In 1997, we extended our services to include conference, meeting, and event planning for associations and the private sector. In 2009, we changed our name to ConferencePROS.

NCLC meeting planners and audiovisual staff have earned numerous certifications, recognized industry-wide including:

  Certified Meeting Professional

  Certified Government Meeting Professional

  Certified Broadcast Technician

Professional development is important to the staff of NCLC as they seek opportunities to keep up with current trends.  For that reason, they belong to several organizations such as the

Society of Government Meeting Professionals and the University Professional & Continuing Education Association.
