Victims' Impact Panel of Oklahoma is a non-profit organization founded in 1989 by Executive Director, Janella Tears. It is a powerful state-wide program aimed at combating drunk driving. This programs offers a unique perspective to the drinking driver and to students all across the state, presenting in a very personal way the far reaching effects of the choice to drink and drive. We will have calendars, tear-off sheets and materials regarding all state-wide programs available at our booth.
